Katie Dowson

Katie has worked in digital health for 18 years, working for a leading UK clinical system supplier and as a senior consultant prior to her current NHS role. She is jointly responsible for the NHS South Yorkshire ICB Digital Transformation workstream and programmes. A key element of her role is to focus on improving information sharing across health and care providers and wider services to enable the delivery of high quality integrated care, whilst also ensuring digital services will empower people in South Yorkshire to maximise their own health and wellbeing. Katie is the Workstream Lead for social and digital inclusion in Doncaster, reporting to the Director of Public Health.
