Sharon Nannetti has over 25 years of deep multi-sectoral experience spanning health and care, insurance, banking, wealth management, education, technology, and consulting. Sharon has worked across multiple geographies, including Ireland, Australia, India, Asia, and Europe which has provided her with valuable insights into industry trends and best practices.
Sharon has an impressive track record of 20+ years in executive roles leading hugely successful business and digital transformations. This includes the digitisation of Australia’s 2nd largest bank and Day One of the largest merger in the history of financial services in Australia.
However, the transformation that Sharon personally found most rewarding, was for a government health organisation in New South Wales. This involved the redesign of the model of care for patients with catastrophic injuries, from the moment of diagnosis through to death. Sharon leverages Design Thinking to engage customers, suppliers and employees in the redesign of the customer experience and this model of care was redesigned by patients who in some cases had only months to live.
Sharon’s skillset also encompasses transformation strategy and implementation, end-to-end Operating Model redesign, digital and IT, business shared services, outsourcing, offshoring, culture change, governance, and risk. She has managed budgets, both Opex and Capex, up to €40 million and €100 million respectively, while overseeing Programme Portfolios of up to €700 million.
Sharon excels at building and leading high-performing teams, implementing long-term strategies, and fostering innovation. She has facilitated international workshops, sharing her thought leadership and innovative perspectives with diverse audiences.
