Listed in Ireland’s 30 Under 30 (2025 – Tech Talent), Louise is an emerging leader at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare. She was recently selected to take part in Founders at DogPatch Labs, a programme designed for Ireland’s top 1% talent. With a background in engineering and a passion for innovation, she is currently focused on developing solutions to unlock the future of healthcare and ensure AI-enabled medical devices are safe and effective.

Louise holds a Master’s in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, where she graduated top of her class for her thesis work on 3D-printed bio-scaffolds for ACL repair. She also earned her undergraduate degree in Engineering with Management from Trinity College Dublin.  Louise began her career at Amgen, where she gained valuable experience with one of the world’s leading biotech companies. She is also the co-founder of ‘FEM’ (Female Engineering Mentorship), a community dedicated to empowering and supporting the next generation of women in engineering.
