Diane leads a female membership community that promotes gender equality across the healthcare ecosystem. Empowering females working in healthcare and life science industries, female founders, investors, public sector, academia and industry. The mission is to bridge the gap in gender divide and promote female founders working in underrepresented industries such as digital health and life sciences. Through our virtual accelerator, we provide access to our global network and connect female founders to potential investors. We also work with investors to understand the importance of investing in female founders.Diane has an impressive track record of over 20 years’ in delivering successful digital transformational strategies across multiple industries. Working with multidisciplinary teams to build high- performance teams to embrace change and deliver creativity and innovation tailored specifically around the individual/ organisational needs. Diane has been a HSE eHeath Ireland board member since it was first established in 2015. She is passionate on all things tech, data, eHealth, cyber security, AI, IoT, frontier technology, innovative education, female leadership and equality.
