He also the first Board Advisory Director with Safehouse Initiative, a not-for-profit cyber security and resilience organisation, created to work with CISA, and simply the deliver of NIST CSF to the SME sector.
A thought leader in cyber risk management, Neal holds an MSc in Technology & Innovation Management, along with multiple professional certifications, including Certified Cyber Risk Officer, NIST Certified Security Expert, NIS2 Certified Professional, DORA Certified professional, and MBCI and DBCI accreditations. His commitment to advancing resilience strategies has earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious BCI Global Resilience Professional of the Year award in 2019, an honour that secured his place in the BCI Hall of Fame.
